METHOD OF MANUFACTURING JAPANESE APRICOT FLOWER BREAD CONTAINING JAPANESE APRICOT AND JAPANESE APRICOT FLOWER BREAD MANUFACTURED THROUGH SAME
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing Japanese apricot flower bread containing Japanese apricot and Japanese apricot flower bread manufactured through the same. A Japanese apricot extract and Japanese apricot flower powder are used to knead an outer skin for bread and pickled Japanese apricots and minced chestnuts are added to stuffing to manufacture the Japanese apricot flower bread, and thus, the Japanese apricot flower powder reduces a sour taste, which is made when only a Japanese apricot extract is used, and improves the flavor as well as enhancing a soft mouthfeel. Even without adding a fermentation strain for bread fermentation, the bread is able to be fermented through the Japanese apricot extract. Also, the pickled Japanese apricots, which are normally just thrown away or used only as pickles, are added to stuffing to make a chewy mouthfeel as well as enhancing nutrition, and the minced chestnuts are added to regulate sweet and acidic tastes. As such, the Japanese apricot flower bread is capable of enabling everyone to enjoy the nutritious functional bread by improving its texture, flavor, and mouthfeel while also boosting nutrition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
