METHOD OF MANUFACTURING GUARDRAIL FOR ROAD USING REINFORCED COMPLEX KOREAN TRADITIONAL PAPER MAT

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a guardrail for a road using a reinforced complex Korean traditional paper mat. The present invention includes a process of manufacturing a guardrail for a road using a Korean traditional paper mat made of Korean traditional paper to fit an existing guardrail for a road. The method of manufacturing a Korean traditional paper mat comprises the steps of: cutting Korean traditional paper into stripes according to a wanted thickness and weaving and crossing them; uniformly spraying and applying yarn particles and composing with synthetic resin; uniformly impregnating Korean traditional paper with the yarn particles and exposing to ultraviolet beams in order to promote permeability and rapid hardening of the synthetic resin; putting oxygen into a portion, which compresses and molds the Korean traditional paper into a honeycomb structure, to complete a Korean traditional paper mat with a wanted honeycomb structure; putting a reinforced complex Korean traditional paper mat on an intermediate layer using the Korean traditional paper mat, putting Korean traditional paper mats on an upper layer and a lower payer, impregnating them with synthetic resin, and integrating them to form an outward appearance by a wire through mutual combination of the divided Korean traditional paper and the mat; directly composing and uniformly applying crushed and pulverized powder of waste mats, waste Korean traditional paper, and waste graphite onto the surface of the lower layer, and impregnating with synthetic resin in order to form a reinforced complex body with a uniform thickness; and forming the reinforced complex body through a ultraviolet coating method to make the synthetic resin uniformly permeate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
