The present invention relates to a decoration plate material for interior decoration and furniture in which a traditional Korean paper layer is formed on a traditional Korean paper floor plate material layer in an environment-friendly way and without the use of any adhesive on the traditional Korean paper floor plate material layer; and a method for manufacturing a Korean paper decoration plate material having a Korean paper relief pattern for interior decoration and having the traditional Korean paper layer. According to the present invention, the traditional Korean paper is used instead of patterned wood and membrane sheets, which results in shortened manufacturing processes and a significant manufacturing cost reduction. A cavity layer formed at an upper end of a traditional Korean paper layer relief pattern embossing portion is formed for embossing at the upper end to be carved. Accordingly, a rusty feeling and a natural and antique feeling such as that of bronze are given.
