The present invention relates to technology for preventing an accident due to a malfunction of an automatic driving system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a processor comprises a duplication module selecting unit, an arrangement processing unit, a malfunction monitoring unit, and an activation processing unit. The duplication module selecting unit selects at least one duplication module from a list of duplication modules corresponding to an original module. The arrangement processing unit arranges at least one selected duplication module in at least one electronic control unit. The malfunction monitoring unit monitors a malfunction of an electronic control unit including a specific original module. The activation processing unit deactivates the specific original module when the malfunction is sensed in the electronic control unit including the specific original module, and activates a specific duplication module corresponding to the specific original module.
