The present invention relates to a heat recovery type ventilation device with a dehumidification function, and more specifically relates to the heat recovery type ventilation with a dehumidification function in which a dehumidification device for removing humidity by a thermoelectric element is integrally composed with the heat recovery type ventilation device performing ventilation such that ventilation function and dehumidification function can be simultaneously performed according to a degree of humidity of indoor air, thereby capable of maximizing convenience of users.
