Problem to be solved: to provide a heat exchanger type ventilating apparatus having a dehumidifying function capable of blowing air supplied with a temperature rise caused by dehumidification.Solution: the heat exchanger type ventilation apparatus 50 having the dehumidifying function comprises a heat exchange type ventilation device 10 for heat exchange between an exhaust flow 2 flowing through the exhaust air passage 4 and an air supply flow 3 flowing through the air supply passage 5, and a dehumidifying device 30 for dehumidifying the air flow 3.The dehumidifying apparatus 30 includes a refrigeration cycle including a compressor 31, a radiator 32, an expander 33 and a heat sink 34, and a heat exchanger 35 for heat exchange between air flowing through the first flow path 36 and air flowing through the second flow path 37.The supply air 3 introduced into the dehumidifying apparatus 30 is delivered to the second air passage 37, the heat sink 34, the first passage 36 of the heat exchanger 35 and the heat radiator 32 in the heat exchanger 35, and is supplied to the air supply passage 5.The exhaust gas 2 introduced into the dehumidifying apparatus 30 is introduced into the exhaust air passage 4 after the heat exchanger 32 is distributed.Diagram
