As an embodiment of the present invention, an integrated digital low drop-out regulator is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the integrated digital low drop-out regulator comprises: a detection unit for detecting whether a coarse voltage is regulated and a fine voltage are regulated on the basis of a reference voltage and an output voltage for the regulator; a control unit including a self-oscillating bidirectional shift register unit connected to the detection unit and operable to have a minimized transient response time (T_TRAN) according to a load connected to the regulator; and a plurality of coarse switches and fine switches connected to the control unit, wherein the control unit is free of a clock input from the outside, and an external load capacitor is eliminated from the regulator.
