The present invention relates to a tensile compression fatigue tester of rubber. The tensile compression fatigue tester of rubber according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a drive jig unit which fixes one end unit of a rubber specimen and is movable up and down; a fixed jig unit fixing the other end unit of the rubber specimen and having a fixed position; a drive unit for moving the drive jig unit up and down; a load cell formed at one end of the fixed jig unit; a tensile strain sensor for measuring tensile strain of the rubber specimen; and a control unit for controlling the drive unit.
