The present invention relates to a composition for improving salt resistance in a plant containing a mixture of a claroideoglomus lamellosum S-11 strain and a pseudomonas koreensis S2CB35 strain as an active component. Salt resistance of a plant can be increased by using a mixture of a claroideoglomus lamellosum S-11 strain and a pseudomonas koreensis S2CB35 strain which is symbiotic bacteria of the present invention, thereby being useful for related industries since productivity of the plant of a reclaimed land and a salt-damaged area can be increased.
