The present invention relates to a strain mixture for promoting plant growth under salt stress condition containing a mixture of Gigaspora Margarita S-23 strain and Pseudomonas koreensis S2CB35 strain as active ingredients, and a use thereof. By using the mixture of the Gigaspora Margarita S-23 strain and the Pseudomonas koreensis S2CB35 strain which is symbiotic bacteria, it is possible to promote plant growth under salt stress conditions, thereby being useful in related industries by increasing productivity of plants damaged by salt and reclaimed land by using the same.
