The present invention relates to a composition including a corrosion inhibitor for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide, method for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide using the same, and a carbon dioxide adsorbed product. The composition for adsorbing and desorbing carbon dioxide comprises: a hydrazine derivative represented by chemical formula 1; and a compound represented by chemical formula 2, M(OH)_y and chemical formula 3, H_3PO_4, as corrosion inhibiting additives.
