The integrated rehabilitation exercise device for lower limbs customized for the aged comprises: a body having a seat part; a pair of placement parts provided on the body and rotated at a specific angle while left and right thighs of a user are placed; and a driving part provided at the bottom of the placement part to return the placement part to an initial position.
