PURPOSE: A lower body training and lower body rehabilitation device is provided to improve rehabilitation effects by improving the flexibility of a joint by rotating the joint. CONSTITUTION: A seat (100) is combined with a supporter (200) in which a left structure faces to a right structure, a rotation supporter (300), and a foot holder (400). The seat includes a plate (110) in order to enable a user to sit down. A lower surface of the plate is combined with the supporter in order to maintain a fixed state. A plurality of poles is included in the supporter. A slide bar (310) is freely inserted into the supporter. A poly-shaped slide block (230) and a horizontal bar (210) combined with the slide block are included in the supporter. The pole is effectively inserted into the supporter. The supporter includes an insertion tube (220) according to the number of the poles.
