The present invention relates to a blanket for infants and children. The blanket can surround and cover the body of infants and children, ensure stable sleep, and easily adjust the size of a pressing unit in width and longitudinal directions in accordance with the body size of the infants and children to ensure versatility, and be washed while separating filling materials stored in the pressing unit to maintaining the hygiene even while being used for an extended period of time. The blanket includes: an outer fabric unit (100) which forms a rectangular bag having a cover unit on the center by overlapping and sewing two outer fabrics, has multiple bag-shaped pockets individually formed on the left, right, and lower parts of the cover unit by sewing, and enables the bag-shaped pockets to be opened or closed by zippers formed on the front; the pressing unit (200) which stores grains inserted in the left, right, and lower bag-shaped pockets and are formed to include the sewn grain bags; and an outer cover (300) for storing and protecting the outer fabric unit (100). The pressing unit (200) can adjust the width and length to fit the body size of the infants and children by using the insertion gaps of the grain bags inserted in the left, right, and lower bag-shaped pockets.
