The nappy (1) has an absorbing material layer placed on a rectangular textile element (2) envisaged to be folded up between legs of a baby. The element has four corners (5-8), where each corner has a pressure button part (19) on which press-button part (13) is assembled in a removable way. An end (14) of textile parts (10, 11) has a deformable elastic part (22), and other end (16) of the textile parts has velvet-hooks parts (15). Each velvet-hooks part is complementary so as to join in an adjustable manner and repositions the corners located at a side around size of the baby wearing the nappy. The textile parts are a band of textile manufactured using an elastic textile material.
