The nappy (1) has a rear part that is larger than a front part, and a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fasteners) square frame (3) fixed on the front part. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fasteners) strips (2) are provided on each side of the rear part and fixed on the frame for adjusting the size of the nappy. Another Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fasteners) square frame is fixed on the bottom of the nappy, and an absorbent band (5) is fixed on the latter frame.
