The present invention relates to a premix prepared with ramie leaves and barley which has excellent nutritional content of ramie leaves and barley and which is good for health and can enhance a flavor, and a method for preparing rice ball cakes with ramie leaves and barley using the same. The method comprises: a ramie leaf powder preparing step (S10) of grinding ramie leaves to form powder; a barley powder preparing step (S20) of grinding barley to form powder; a glutinous rice powder preparing step (S3) of grinding glutinous rice to form powder; a premix completing step of completing a premix by blending 5 g of ramie leaf powder, 30 g of barely powder, 165 g of glutinous rice powder, 4 g of salt, and 15 g of sugar.
