The present invention relates to a pole plate assembly structure including a chapiter having an upper/lower composite coupling structure to enhance durability of a column and assemblability of a pole plate, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, a structure to assemble a pole plate including a connector, a beam supporting wood strip, a pole plate, and a cross beam comprises: a cylindrical column including a first groove in which a pair of connectors aligned in different directions are mutually inserted to be assembled, and a second groove, in which a pair of beam supporting wood strips aligned in different directions are mutually inserted to be assembled on the upper side of the connector, upwardly extended from the first groove and formed on a top part; the pair of connectors inserted into the first groove; the pair of beam supporting wood strips inserted into the second groove; the chapiter coupled to the top part of the cylindrical column; an upper beam support including a beam supporting wood strip coupling part downwardly extended from longitudinally and lateral end parts to be coupled to the upper side of the beam supporting wood strip; and the pole plate disposed on the upper side of the chapiter and the upper beam support.
