The present invention relates to an electrode for a high-temperature supercapacitor including an electrode active material, 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of a conductive material with respect to 100 parts by weight of the electrode active material, and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a binder with respect to 100 parts by weight of the electrode active material, a manufacturing method thereof, and the high-temperature supercapacitor applying eh same, wherein the content of an oxygen functional group is 1.5 to 5 atom% in the electrode active material. According to the present invention, the deterioration of electrochemical performance can be prevented by minimizing the oxygen functional group which exists in the electrode active material. The generation of a gas of an electrolyte can be reduced when used as an electrode active material of the high-temperature supercapacitor. A storage specific capacity and a decomposition voltage can be increased at a high temperature of the supercapacitor.
