The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing air-jet blended spun yarn by using a mixture fiber of a synthetic fiber having low fineness and a cellulose fiber having high fineness, and the present invention can provide wool-like air-jet blended spun yarn having friction resistance more excellent than friction resistance of ring spun yarn, which is a normal yarn, while visually maximizing wool-like performance.
