Disclosed is a method for preparing an aptamer binding specifically to Staphylococcal enterotoxin B. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: mixing a DNA library containing DNAs having primer regions for PCR at both ends thereof and randomly arranged 40-60 bases in the center thereof with Staphylococcal enterotoxin B to conduct a reaction in a binding buffer solution to induce a Staphylococcal enterotoxin B-DNA conjugate, and adding graphene oxide to the mixture solution containing the DNA library and Staphylococcal enterotoxin B to conduct a reaction to induce a graphene oxide-DNA conjugate; centrifuging the mixture solution containing the DNA library, Staphylococcal enterotoxin B, and graphene oxide to extract the Staphylococcal enterotoxin B-DNA conjugate therefrom and to isolate DNAs from the Staphylococcal enterotoxin B-DNA conjugate; amplifying the isolated DNAs by polymerase chain reaction; mixing the amplified DNAs and a plurality of non-target proteins in a binding buffer solution to induce the non-target toxin-DNA conjugates (S6); adding graphene oxide to the mixture solution containing the amplified DNAs and a plurality of non-target proteins to conduct a reaction to induce a graphene oxide-DNA conjugate; and centrifuging the mixture solution containing the amplified DNAs, the non-target proteins, and graphene oxide to extract DNAs unbound to the non-target proteins therefrom.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
