An organic light-emitting diode for light therapy for wound healing and cell proliferation according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting element layer formed on the substrate and emitting red light; and a heat sink layer formed on the organic light emitting device layer. By producing the light emitting element for emitting the red light is produced in a lamination structure including the heat sink layer, light is generated in the form of a planar light source capable of driving at a low temperature to solve the problem of images to be in close contact with skin and make light therapy possible and thin, light, flexible, and inexpensive properties, as well as improved wound healing and cell proliferation effects compared to conventional LEDs can be obtained.
