The present invention relates to a method of species identification and form analysis of Copepoda using DNA extraction, which comprises the following: a preprocessing of preprocessing a biological sample; a hemolysis and clarifying step of adding a hemolytic buffer solution to the preprocessed biological sample; and a separation step of obtaining a cell hemolysis solution from the biological sample.
