The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for displaying a key moment of content which allow a user to directly select a key moment of real-time broadcast content to check the key moment while watching the content. According to the present invention, a control method of a content replay terminal comprises: a step of transmitting a key moment list request signal corresponding to specific content to a content management server if a key moment list request of a user is sensed while playing the specific content; a step of controlling to display a key moment list corresponding to the specific content if the key moment list is received from the content management server in accordance with the key moment list request signal; a step of transmitting a first key moment request signal corresponding to a key moment item selected by the user among one or more key moment items included in the key moment list to the content management server; and a step of controlling to display first key moment content received from the content management server in accordance with the first key moment request signal.
