The present invention relates to a device for drying and maintaining cleanliness of shoes capable of removing moisture inside the shoes by putting the device on shoes such as loafers or boots to sanitize shoes. The device comprises: an upper cover unit horizontally provided on an upper part and having a switch unit having a power supply unit on an upper surface; a blower mounted in the center of a lower surface of the upper cover unit to blow air in a lower direction; and a vertical bellows tube fixed to an outer periphery of the blower, folded in the lower direction to extend, and penetrated through a neck of the shoes to be inserted into the shoes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
