The present invention relates to an endoscopic surgery trocar and endoscope lens cleanliness maintaining device, and comprises: a housing to which a cleaning agent is supplied from the outside; a cannula part, which extends to a predetermined length from one side of the housing, has an endoscope slidably inserted therein, and has a moving path in which the cleaning agent flowing in from the housing can flow; and a vortex generating part having one end portion connected to the front end of the cannula part, and including an inclined path provided at the inner surface thereof in an obliquely inclined shape so as to form a vortex in the cleaning agent flowing in from the moving path, thereby discharging same through the other end portion thereof.
