The present invention relates to a flexible copper clad laminate having good bending resistance and rust-preventing performance, which is used as a material for a flexible printed circuit board, and a test method thereof. The flexible copper clad laminate of the present invention has a peel area (Ad) calculated from an electrochemical factor under predetermined conditions of 0.01 or less. In the present invention, the peel area can be calculated from a resistance value derived by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for an electrochemical cell having the flexible copper clad laminate as a working electrode. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide the flexible copper clad laminate having good bending resistance and rust-preventing performance satisfying quantified index.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
