The present invention relates to a method for easily manufacturing an oxide nanowire with high transparency at room temperature by using a wet-corrosion process, a photoelectrode including an oxide nanowire, and a dye-sensitized solar cell. The method for manufacturing an oxide nanowire comprises a step of immersing a transparent substrate in which a metal thin film is formed in an alkaline solution to form an oxide nanowire on a transparent substrate.
