An ABS-ASR braking device for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: first and second air tanks for storing compressed air; a brake pedal for adjusting a flow rate of air discharged from the second air tank by a users operation; a relay valve having an air supply port into which compressed air is introduced from the first air tank, a control port for varying an internal flow path according to a pneumatic pressure, a delivery port through which internal air is discharged selectively along the internal flow path, and an exhaust port; an ASR control valve having a first ASR port into which compressed air is introduced from the first air tank, a second ASR port into which compressed air is introduced from the brake pedal, and a third ASR port through which compressed air is discharged; a first valve having a first port connected to the third ASR port, a second port connected to the control port, and a third port connected to the exhaust port; and a second valve for selectively delivering the air discharged from the delivery port to a braking portion.
