The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon catalyst doped with iron, nitrogen and sulfur, and more specifically, provides a method for manufacturing a carbon catalyst doped with iron, nitrogen and sulfur, comprising the steps of: mixing silica template, amino acids and a precursor containing iron and nitrogen to prepare a powder-type composite; forming a carbon-silica composite doped with iron, nitrogen and sulfur by heat treating the powder-type composite under a nitrogen atmosphere; and cleaning the carbon-silica composite by acids and synthesizing porous carbon catalyst doped with iron, nitrogen and sulfur. According to the present invention, the porous carbon catalyst doped with iron, nitrogen and sulfur synthesized by the manufacturing method uses amino acids to be eco-friendly, and has a big benefit in terms of prices. In addition, the present invention shows more excellent catalytic activity than a platinum catalyst which is commercialized at present, thereby having an excellent reducing property as a catalyst of cathode electrodes of fuel cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
