The present invention relates to a method for analyzing driving characteristics and an apparatus therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, sensing signals collected by a composite sensor is applied to analyze driving characteristics such as pacing and driving methods of athletes for cross-country ski events, thereby providing appropriate feedback information for improving the performance based on the same. To this end, the method comprises a sensing signal acquisition step, an analysis data generation step, a driving analysis step, and a feedback information step.
