According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a real-time indoor positioning method and, more particularly, to a real-time indoor positioning method of a positioning system having a plurality of receivers for receiving a wireless signal in a predetermined space and at least one laser scanner, which comprises the steps of: calculating coordinate information on each object by using a wireless signal transmitted from at least one object moving in a predetermined space for a first time period and received by a plurality of receivers; scanning, by a laser scanner, the coordinate information on each object in real time at a second time period; and positioning each object in real time on the basis of the calculated coordinate information and scanned coordinate information on each object. The second time period is shorter than the first time period and the wireless signal includes identification information on a corresponding object.
