PURPOSE: A location determination position method using access point for determination position, apparatus therefor, and system are provided to offer a stable determination position service by enabling an operator to establish an operation coverage for determination position.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal(110) communicates with an access point. In case a determination position is requested by the terminal, a determination position server based on a wireless LAN(130) compares the parameter of a wireless LAN signal transmitted by the terminal with the identification information of the access point. The determination position server based on the wireless LAN provides the highest priority to the location information of the access point.
