The present invention includes: a renewable energy provider terminal for providing renewable energy generated by a renewable energy provider; a supply obligator terminal operated by the provider who generates electric energy of a reference power amount or more and has obligation to supply a predetermined ratio of the generated power amount as the renewable energy; and an integrated management terminal for charging an ESS with the renewable energy by renting the ESS to the renewable energy provider and supplying the renewable energy through a power system by discharging the charged renewable energy according to a predetermined schedule. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce facility investment costs and obtain excess profits.
