A method and a system for analyzing a body shape and recognizing a disorder using an analysis of spatial coordinates, and a computer program therefor are disclosed. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: receiving coordinate information representing a plurality of reference points of a skeletal region of a subject from a sensor device; calculating at least one of a vertical separation distance and a horizontal separation distance among reference points using the received coordinate information; and comparing the calculated separation distance with a predetermined diagnosis standard to analyze a body shape of the subject and to determine a skeletal disorder of the subject according to a comparison result.
