The present invention relates to a psychological counseling method using specialist counselor recommendation by a recommendation condition of a user which comprises the following steps of: receiving a psychological counseling request signal from a user terminal during a call; outputting a call signal for a service providing terminal of a psychological counselor based on the psychological counseling request signal; making a communication between the user and the psychological counselor when the service providing terminal of the psychological counselor receives the call signal; and calculating a psychological counseling cost based on a counseling time and imposing the cost to the user. A communication server assigns a priority according to an average value of a grade for each counselor to automatically provide a recommendation list to the user. According to the present invention, a consumer, who wants psychological counseling conveniently, talks to the counselor suitable for the user, can relieve stress and maintains mental health. Also, cost processing becomes convenient by imposing the cost according to the counseling together with a communication fee, and cost management of a communication server provider and a counseling service provider is easy.
