The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating immune disorder or inflammatory diseases comprising immunogenic stimulated mesenchymal stem cells, and a method for manufacturing mesenchymal stem cells for preventing or treating immune disorder or inflammatory diseases. The immunogenic stimulated mesenchymal stem cells of the present invention has an effect of secreting acetylcholine and can replace existing immunodepressants and anti-inflammatory agents which are known to have side effects, thereby being usefully used for preventing or treating immune disorder and inflammatory diseases as a cell therapeutic agent which can be economically used.
