The present invention relates to a process for preparing 3'-amino-2 ', 3'-dideoxyguanosine using bacillus stearothermophilus-derived nucleoside phosphorylase and lactococcus lactis-derived adenosine deaminase. According to the method for producing 3'-amino-2 ', 3'-dideoxy guanosine according to the present invention, 3'-amino-2', 3'-dideoxy guanosine is converted and purified at high yield and high purity, 3'-amino-2 ', 3'-dideoxy guanosine can be mass-produced efficiently.
