A bulk heterojunction solar cell can be provided. The bulk heterojunction solar cell comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode sequentially stacked on a substrate; and a bulk heterojunction layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and receiving light to form an electron-hole pair. The bulk heterojunction layer includes a silver-reduced graphene oxide (Ag-rGO) composite material.
