The present invention relates to a method for constructing a tunnel structure including a shallow ground surface and a curved linear part. In particular, the method comprises the steps of: horizontally continuously and vertically gradually propelling a loop steel pipe in a state in which the protrusion hanging projection is fitted and coupled to the inside of a recess groove of a loop steel pipe connection part installed on the outer surface of the loop steel pipe while propelling the loop steel pipe inside a soil ground from the rear of a propeller by operating an excavator; manufacturing an inner reinforcement pipe by making the inner reinforcement pipe in a towing-type structure through hinge-type connection while the diameter of the inner reinforcement pipe is smaller than the diameter of the loop steel pipe and the length per 1 sample of the inner reinforcement pipe is the same as the length per 1 sample of the loop steel pipe, wherein a plurality of elastic spacers are installed on either side or both sides of both edges of the inner reinforcement pipe; inserting and installing the inner reinforcement pipe in a towing type to be different from the loop steel pipe by 1/2 of the length per 1 sample in the length direction of a tunnel in the loop steel pipe; filling a group material in a gap between an inner surface of the loop steel pipe and an outer surface of the inner reinforcement pipe and in the inner reinforcement pipe, respectively, and curing the grout material; installing a support beam inside the loop steel pipe and installing a concrete structure in a state in which the earth ground is removed; and filling a gap between the concrete structure and the loop steel pipe with a grout material and curing the same. Therefore, the present invention can improve the rigidity of the loop steel pipe hinge part for a curved part, and can prevent the collapse of upper soil and the deterioration of waterproofing properties when the tunnel is constructed by traversing the ground of the curved linear part of the shallow ground surface downwards.
