Ln4 Novel Lactobacillus plantarum Ln4 strain and compositions for the prevention and treatment of diabetes or insulin resistance syndrome containing the same

The present invention provides a Lactobacillus plantarum Ln4 strain, which is probiotics separated from traditional fermented food, and a use method thereof and, more specifically, provides an antidiabetic use method for the strain. The Lactobacillus plantarum Ln4 strain, separated from traditional fermented food such as doenjang, gochujang, and soy sauce, is able to be used as probiotics, and if the strain is injected into a diabetic model mouse induced with a high fat diet, the strain brings effects of improving glucose tolerance, improving insulin tolerance, and reducing insulin resistance, and thus, the Lactobacillus plantarum Ln4 strain of the present invention is able to be used as an effective component in a composition for preventing, treating, and relieving diabetes or insulin resistant syndrome.
