The present invention relates to a method for producing a green tide remover, comprising the following steps: (A) grinding plant ingredients; (B) putting the ingredients acquired in the grinding step along with water in a concentrator for brewing; (C) removing residues of the brewed ingredients with a net so as to acquire a natural sterilization solution; (D) concentrating the acquired natural sterilization solution in a colloidal state; and (E) mixing the concentrate with an inorganic coagulant. According to the present invention, by using inorganic coagulatnt (PAC) and tannin which are natural ingredients, it is possible to remove algae in an effective, easy and eco-friendly way.
