The present invention relates to a Vero cell line which is derived from a Vero cell which is accessed as an ATCC CCL-81 cell line, can be cultured via suspension without serum. The present invention further relates to a cell line Vero Sky7458. In addition, the present invention relates to a culture method to grow the Vero cell, and a method for producing virus for vaccines using the Vero cell.
