The present invention relates to a reinforcement structure for a reinforced concrete composite corrugated steel plate coupled to a fastening member for stiffness improvement, capable of preventing damage or deformation. According to the present invention, a central rebar is disposed in the center of a distributing bar disposed on the lower side of an upper main rebar, an upper auxiliary rebar is disposed in both end parts of the distributing bar, and two upper horizontal rebars surround and fasten a left side of the upper auxiliary rebar and central rebar, and a right side of the upper auxiliary rebar and central rebar in an upper side of the upper auxiliary rebar and the central rebar by an upper bending part cut at both leading edges in a flat U shape.
