Tissue traction instrument using magnet attached for endoscopic submucosal dissection

The present invention relates to tissue traction instrument attached to an endoscope clip for endoscopic submucosal dissection, and specifically, to tissue traction instrument, in which at least two endoscope clips made of a metal material for endoscopic submucosal dissection are disposed and a magnet for endoscopic submucosal dissection, which pulls tissue by being attached to the longitudinal end of the endoscope clips, is provided. The tissue traction instrument comprises: the magnet detachably attached to the endoscope clip; and an automatic winding reel coupled to the magnet, wherein the automatic reel is provided with a traction ring for traction of the tissue at the longitudinal end of a reel line, and when the traction ring is connected to another endoscope clip, the tissue is pulled while reel line is automatically wound to expose the lesion. According to the present invention, gastrointestinal tissues can be pulled in the desired direction during a therapeutic endoscopic procedure such as endoscopic submucosal dissection, thereby facilitating the procedure.
