The present invention relates to a sign language assistance system expressing emotions which allows a person who has a speech disorder to intuitively express and recognize emotions through an accessory worn by a hand when the person uses a sign language, thereby supporting smooth language communication by translating the sign language. The sign language assistance system comprises: a worn part; a first translation part; and a first interface part.
