The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a bio gas storage tank and a bio gas storage tank manufactured by the manufacturing method. In the bio gas storage tank, an accommodating space is formed, an upper side thereof is opened, and an internal membrane and an external membrane composed of a bottom membrane and a gas membrane are coupled to a base structure having a cylindrical or cone shape formed with an outlet in the middle portion of the bottom surface at the inside thereof. The bio gas storage tank manufactured by the method of the present invention is able to remarkably improve a gas storage ability of the bio gas storage tank. In addition, a bio gas stored in the bio gas storage tank can be safely stored even if natural disasters such as flood or earthquake occur.
