The present invention relates to an ecotoxicology test system having a multiple channel distribution function and a method thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides an ecotoxicology test system having a multiple channel distribution function which can distribute in exactly the same amount to multiple biological experiment tanks a test solution having a desired concentration obtained by stirring a test material solution in two different directions; and a method thereof. The ecotoxicology test system having a multiple channel distribution function comprises: a water level control tank; a test material stirring vessel; a body; a first stirring part; a second stirring part; a multi-channel quantitative distribution part; the multiple biological experiment tanks; and a control part.
