According to the present invention, by using 5 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers for identifying 16 major Korean potato cultivars which are locally cultivated and distributed, a primer for amplifying the markers, and real-time PCR, 16 major Korean potato cultivars can be rapidly and accurately discriminated.
