The present invention relates to a wall type foundation reinforcement method having an additional load separating micro-pile support structure using a penetrated H-beam, capable of effectively resisting a punching front end without transferring an additional load to an existing foundation in enlargement of a building. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: (a) a step of forming a vertical through-hole in a predetermined position of an existing foundation and forming a horizontal through-hole with a predetermined size in a bottom part of a wall; (b) a step of punching a punching hole at a predetermined depth in a lower part of the vertical through-hole; (c) a step of inserting a load separating pipe into the vertical through-hole and penetrating a casing into the load separating pipe to insert the casing up to the punching hole of the predetermined depth; (d) a step of inserting a micro-pile into the casing to be inserted into the vertical through-hole and the punching hole, and grouting the punching hole and the vertical through-hole in order; (e) a step of arranging a head part of the micro-pile and installing a soil pressing plate; (f) a step of allowing a penetrated H-beam to penetrate a through-hole of the wall to expose both end parts of an H-beam body to both sides of the wall and allowing a top part of the micro-pile to penetrate a coupling hole to be coupled and installed to the H-beam body; and (g) a step of depositing mortar in the through-hole of the wall and the head part of the micro-pile to perform finishing.
